Dimitris Mousadakos is the CEO of Big Blue Data Academy, an institution dedicated to advancing careers in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and related fields through professional award-winning education programs. He is also the Director of Big Blue AI, where he leads the development of tailored AI solutions for organizations. With a proven track record as a seasoned Data Scientist, Dimitris has successfully delivered over 100 ML / AI projects, including PoCs and MVPs in Switzerland and Greece, and has been recognized as one of the Data Expert for 2024. Katerina Pramatari is Professor at the Department of Management Science and Technology of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and scientific manager of the ACEin incubator of AUEB and the ELTRUN-SCORE research group. Since January 2018 she is Partner at Uni.Fund, a new venture fund in Equifund’s innovation window to support new startups and spinoffs. She has more than 100 publications in international journals, conferences and books with international publishers and has received multiple awards and scholarships.
She has worked at Procter & Gamble’s European Technology Centre in Brussels and Greece in the development of applications for marketing and sales. She has extensive experience and involvement in research activities related to business analytics and application of new technologies in supply chain and consumer support, as well as multiple innovation and entrepreneurship support activities.

She is a qualified lawyer in Greece and in Belgium, currently working in Brussels, in a top tier US law firm, focused on artificial intelligence and life sciences, healthcare and medical technologies.
Maria-Oraiozili holds a PhD in Public Law from the UoA Law School and three masters in law, one in public law, one in international legal studies and one in IP and Information, Communication and Technologies from the UOA and the KU Leuven Law Schools, respectively, while she has published numerous articles in the field of public law and digital healthcare. She also leads an AI & Data team within the AI CoE, driving innovation and technical excellence in applied AI.

Prof. Georgios Alexandridis graduated from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Patras in 2005.
In 2015 he received his PhD at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), in the research area of recommender systems and social networks. During 2018-2023, he worked as Laboratory and Teaching Staff at ECE NTUA, where he taught in undergraduate and postgraduate courses related to machine learning, artificial intelligence and deep learning. He has also co-supervised more than 20 diploma theses related to machine learning applications. In 2023, he was appointed Assistant Professor of Machine Learning at the Digital Industry Technologies Department of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).
Prof. Alexandridis’ research interests are in data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning. He has published several articles in peer-reviewed international journals and international peer-reviewed conference proceedings in the areas of recommender systems, social network analysis and natural language processing. His particular research interests include analyzing and extracting sentiment from text and applying deep learning techniques in image and video data.

Panagiotis Kasnesis holds a Ph.D degree in computer science from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NTUA. He received his diploma degree in chemical engineering and his M.Sc. in techno-economic systems from NTUA, in 2008 and 2013 respectively.
His research interests include machine/deep learning, Semantic Web technologies and IoT, while he has published more than 40 scientific articles in international journals/conferences in these fields.
He is founder and CEO of Waldiez, co-founder and CTO of ThinGenious and serves as a senior researcher at University of West Attica, participating in several EU RnD projects. He is also co-founder and managing director of Incelligent SME specializing in the development of Big Data/AI software solutions for supporting telecom network/service providers, financial institutions, and public organizations.

Dr. Stavros Lounis is a Senior Researcher at the ELTRUN E-Business Research Center of Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).
He holds a PhD in Management Science and Technology from AUEB, a MSc in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Systems from the School of Science and Technology of the International Hellenic University and a B.Sc. in Applied Informatics in Management and Finance from the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Technological Institute of Messolonghi. He has worked in the ELTRUN E-Business R.C. since 2012 with active involvement in 10+ EU Funded projects with various roles as User Requirements Elicitation, System Analysis, Design and Development, System Evaluation and Dissemination and Communication.
His research interests focus on Gamification of Electronic Services and Innovation and Entrepreneurship and his work has been presented in peer-reviewed academic journals and conferences.
Dr. Vasilis Stavrou currently serves as Co-founder and Chief Data Officer at bespot P.C., a company specializing in Geolocation Validation & Fraud Prevention. Possessing a Ph.D. in Indoor Localization and Location Analytics, Vasilis brings extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and analytics. In his current role, he leads the AI and Data team at Bespot, strategically utilizing data to derive actionable insights and shape the organization’s data strategy.

Andreas Manousakis is a Machine Learning Engineer at Grant Thornton Greece, member of the AI Center of Excellence, and a prospective Doctor (PhD) in machine learning, with more than a decade of combined research and industrial experience. He works on the design and delivery of end-to-end AI systems, from research and prototyping to production-ready deployment, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and emphasizing clear, actionable communication to deliver robust and scalable solutions, with a focus on Generative AI.
His past work spans across banking, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), supply chain analytics, and bioinformatics, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making systems.
